After reception of the order, the customer has a period of 8 days to return or Exchange your item, after the date of reception.

Prior to Exchange or return, verify that:

a. the article may not have been used, washed, or damaged;

b. the item must be in its original packaging;

c. the article is complete, with all items that go with them;

d. if does not exceed the period of 8 days from the date of reception.

The above conditions must be respected for Damel can assess the repayment of the article.

We ask that on the reverse side of the invoice write, his own hand, the reason for the exchange of articles.

The return postage and shipping new products shall be borne by the client.

The refund is made after checking the State article, as our policy of exchanges and Returns. Will wait for an e-mail from Damel confirming the Exchange or refund.

To consider the following:

Return of 100% of the items purchased: Damel reimburses the full value of the order. It’s not external values such as reimbursement: transportation services, customs, etc.

Partial return of items purchased: Damel reimburses the value of the item returned.

Refund in case of manufacturing defect: Damel checks whether the situation fits in warranty and in case of acceptance returns the entire amount paid (article + value value of sending).

Once received the order returned, Damel shall examine and confirm its state of conservation and, once approved, you will receive back the amount corresponding to the article returned.

If the items returned damaged or worn, Damel, reserves the right not to accept the Exchange/return and to refuse reimbursement of the same.
