In order for Quality to be a success factor at DAMEL in producing results, Management defines its Quality Policy according to the following parameters:

•Increase customer loyalty by introducing added value to its products and services;

•Sustainably invest in value-added projects with innovative and differentiating characteristics, aiming to position DAMEL in the market;

•Encourage a culture of innovation, creativity, and quality;

•Foster knowledge management that empowers new opportunities;

•Reduce costs and lead times through the effective and efficient use of resources;

•Manage processes in order to achieve the desired results;

•Improve organizational capabilities to gain a competitive advantage;

•Promote understanding and motivation among employees regarding the company’s objectives, as well as their participation in Continuous Improvement;

•Create value for both the company and interested parties (stakeholders) through resource optimization, as well as flexibility and speed in joint responses;

•Comply with applicable regulatory and legal requirements, as well as customer requirements;

•Comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System, ensuring the pursuit of Continuous Improvement.

The Policy is duly communicated to all employees by being posted internally, and to all interested parties via this website.
