3. Registration
To carry out an order, the user will have to register in advance by filling in the fields in the form on the www.damel.pt site.

After registration as a client, you can access your personal account online, by logging, after the introduction of a personal and non-transferable keyword, chosen by you, at the time of completion of your registration.

From the time when accessing your personal account online, the user is subject to the present general conditions, as well as the legal and regulatory rules governing the respective operation and use.

4. Pntellectual Property and Content
All intellectual property rights of software and content available through this website are the property of Damel or are licensed and protected by national laws. All these rights are reserved to Damel and their authorized representatives. The user has a personal Internet site and wishing to place for your own personal use, a simple link to the homepage of Damel, must necessarily asking permission. Any hypertext link directed to our website and using the technique of framing or inline linking is formally forbidden.

5. Prices
All prices indicated on the site www.damel.pt, Damel include value added tax (VAT) at the rate of 23% or the rate that, at any time, resulting in the legal provisions in force. Total VAT payable by the user shall be indicated on the invoice to send to the user.

Damel prices, as well as its characteristics, are subject to change without notice by the Damel. Nevertheless, such changes will be published on the site www.damel.com with the goal of keeping users informed, by which is meant that the user has been made aware of them before your order is placed.

Should there be any error in the price of the products requested, whether Damel, wants the user may, at any time, to the dispatch of the products, cancel the order form.

Prices are always subject to final validation and in accordance with invoice issued for the purchase.

6. Shipments and Deliveries
Damel sends orders to the world through the service which best suit to the package in question.

Damel undertakes to make the delivery to the carrier only after reception of the order amount.

7. Forms of Payment
The Damel puts at your disposal the following methods of payment:

Bank transfer – payment through ATM may be effected through Atms network or its Homebanking. This method of payment takes approximately 1 day to get into the bank account. Your order will only be sent after confirmation of reception of the respective payment.

The products will be reserved during 3 working days after acceptance of the order. If, during this period, the Damel don’t get paid, the order is automatically cancelled.

All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.

8. Returns and Exchanges
Return of defective products:

The user has the right to return the products delivered if they have defects or other non-conformities for 8 days after reception of the order. If your complaint is justified, the price paid for the product will be refunded and will be contacted by the company in order to mark day to return the product (s) (s).

Exchange of products:

The Damel shall not exchange products. However, the customer must contact always Damel, if some error of order.

9. Information on the products
Damel will make every effort to ensure that the colors of the products that appear on the site www.damelpt are the most accurate and real potential. However, I note that the color is a factor that depends on each monitor and definitions of the same so we cannot guarantee that your monitor to reflect the actual color of the product.

10. Exclusion and limitation of liability
